FILMTEC SW30HRLE-400i Membrane Elements

FilmTec offers various premium seawater reverse osmosis (RO) elements to reduce capital and operation cost of seawater RO systems. FILMTECTM products combine premium membrane performance with automated precision fabrication and maximize system output to unprecedented performance.

FILMTEC SW30HR LE-400i offers very high productivity and rejection, enabling the lowest total cost of water for seawater desalination. FILMTEC SW30HR LE-400i comes with the unique iLEC™Interlocking Endcaps that reduce system operating costs and reduce the risk of o-ring leaks that cause poor water quality. Virtually Eliminate O-ring Leakage and Lower Your Energy Costs

Select FILMTEC™ brackish water and seawater reverse osmosis (RO) elements are now commercially available with iLEC™ interlocking endcaps, an innovative element coupling technology that significantly enhances the performance of RO systems.

Unlike sliding couplers, the decades-old connection method still used in most of today's advanced RO systems, the iLEC technology achieves a direct, leak-tight connection between adjacent element permeate tubes, reducing the number of sealing surfaces to a single, axially compressed o-ring. This patented design dramatically reduces the potential for seal leakage, enabling sustained higher quality permeate throughout the life of the elements, and reduces energy-consuming flow resistance, resulting in lower operating costs.
