If you are not 100% satisfied with any purchase from ROwater Systems e-commerce store and wish to make a return, you will need to Email: email@example.com,or call 781-224-4213 to acquire a Return of Merchandise Authorization Slip (RMA). Merchandise returned without an RMA Slip will be returned to the sender. We are happy to credit the purchaser's credit card for items returned within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. However, returns based on anything other than defective merchandise will be subject to the original shipping and handling costs and a 15% re-stocking fee. It is the customers responsibility to pay the return shipping costs on non defective items. All returns must be in original packaging and include all items and manuals originally shipped. Additional restocking, repair or replacement fees may apply at ROwater Systems discretion. Returns must include a copy of the original invoice, and the RMA Slip. Merchandise that has been installed, special orders, pumps, all opened filters, membranes and clearance items are not returnable for a refund and if any of these items are found to be defective, we will only replace the item for equal or greater value item at ROwater Systems discretion. All orders that received free shipping will be subject to a minimum $8.95 handling fee or the actual return shipping charge, whichever is greater. All goods that arrive damaged must be reported within 24 hours after the receipt of the merchandise via email or telephone call. After thirty days has expired, we will honor all manufacturers warrantees. However, the shipping and handling costs associated with the warranteed item(s) are not included with the warrantee and must be paid by the customer.
